STROLLIN' ALONG - Bonnie Deschamps

THE MORNING OF OUR AFTERNOON - Curtis S. Taylor
....."Written just for Bonnie & François," Curt says, "I connect it to love, but more than a romantic love song, it is a song about time and the beginning of the last half  of life - about finding the individual that gets lost in the first half of life through the nurturing  process which we all go through with family and kids - and findinganother turn in life after the kids are grown and on their own and no longer need to be nurtured.
About Bonnie & François's funky arrangement and interpretation, Curt continues:
"Bonnie and François have captured the song's feeling COMPLETELY."

IF YOU EVER GO AWAY - Music: François Brière; Words: Bonnie Deschamps
.....Originally a sax solo entitled "Demain je t'ai aimé" and one of the first songs  Bonnie ever heard François play (here newly re-orchestrated by François with a pop-rap feel),  this  song expresses  Bonnie's great  esteem for François, not only for the emotions  he generates when he plays,  but also her regard for him as the consummate musician.
